No, the Spring Summit is an employee only event.
All RSVPs must be received by January 25th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the March trip.
For those traveling from outside of Utah, please do not book flights on your own. Executive Group Travel will be in touch to provide flight options and finalize the flight booking.

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be billed back to you through payroll.
This is a casual trip. The average tempetures in March in Salt Lake City is 55 degrees but we suggest packing warm clothes as it can still dip down into lower temps!
The Hotel and Airfare are directly billed to the company and should not be reserved/paid by team members.
Yes, but for arrivals we ask everyone to use Uber/Lyft or taxi and expense the cost of your trip. Please partner up with co-workers on your same flights.
Uber/Lyft: Can only be ordered to designated areas for each terminal (varies); please note that it is usually a longer than average wait time due to Covid but this is still the recommended mode of transport to the hotel.

There will be two options.
1. Download the Travefy app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
