6:30pm - 9:30pm - Tonight we will host a welcome dinner at F1 Arcade Boston to kick off the week with a fun and entertaining racing event! Dinner and drinks will be served. All attendees must bring a valid for of ID to participate in the activities and consume alcoholic beverages.
For those staying at the hotel, please plan to meet in the main lobby at 5:30 PM for a transfer to the Seaport area for the event. For local attendees meeting directly at the venue, please see more details below:

7:30am - 8:30am - L2L Breakfast - Please head down to the Fairfax Meeting Room as breakfast will be served before our meetings from 7:30 - 8:30 AM. The Fairfax meeting room is located on the third floor, just steps away from the Commonwealth room where our meetings will be held.
For those local attendees, the breakfast will be available for you upon arrival as well!
8:30am - 12:45pm - L2L All Hands General Sessions and Workshop Rotations.
Meeting agenda will be announced closer to the event.
12:45pm - 1:45pm - Lunch will be provided today in the Fairfax Meeting room.
1:45pm - 3:30pm -L2L All Hands CSR Project.
This afternoon we will combine our meetings with a chance to work together as a team and give back to a local charity in need in the Boston area.
Today's L2L Bike Build will be on behalf of The Home for Little Wanders whose mission is to help children and their families build permanent, positive change. The bikes that we put together today will be donated to families from The Home to assist in getting to and from school, work, or activities. Click the link below to learn more about The Home.
4:00pm-5:30pm - L2L Team Activity. This afternoon we will venture out of the hotel for a tour of historic Fenway Park. The tour will be about one hour long and visit the historic areas of the park. Please meet in the lobby of the hotel by 4:00 PM to depart to Fenway. The walk from the hotel is about 10-15 minutes, so we highly recommend wearing a winter jacket, hat, and gloves.
5:30pm - 8:30pm - Immediately following the group activity, we will have dinner and drinks at The Bleacher Bar. The address of Bleacher Bar is: 82A Lansdowne St, Boston, MA 02215

7:30am - 8:30am - Today you are on your own to grab breakfast prior to the start of the meetings. You will be allowed to expense $20 for this breakfast. For those at the hotel, Pressed Coffee is just a 4 minute walk around the corner or use the walking tunnel into the Prudential Center where you can find several options for a quick breakfast and coffee! Please note that the hotel's restaurant is currently closed for improvements, however during the ongoing renovation, an a la carte menu is available for in-room dining from 6am-10pm daily. 8:30am - 12:00pm - L2L Department Breakout Sessions. Please check your itinerary for your designated room assignment.
12:00pm - 1:00pm - Lunch will be provided in the Fairfax meeting room, located just outside of the Fairfax meeting room. Please note all allergies have been submitted to the hotel.
1:00pm - 5:00pm - L2L Department Breakout Sessions. Please check your personalized itinerary for your break out room assignment.
6:00pm - 8:30pm - L2L Department Dinners in Boston. Tonight we will venture out in Boston for small group dinners within your departments! We recommend wearing a jacket, hat, and gloves as we will we walking to the dinner venues. Please note that these dinners are mandatory for each department.

8:30am - 11:30am - L2L All Hands Departmental Breakout Sessions and Closing Remarks
Check out is 12pm. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. L2L will be covering all room charges and meals. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
All flights home will be booked out of Logan Airport beginning in early afternoon. Please arrange an Uber/Lyft to get to Logan. If you have similar flight times as you co-workers we ask you to rideshare to the airport.
