All RSVPs must be received by December 24th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the January trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

We ask that you please do not book flights on your own. Executive Group Travel will be in touch to provide flight options and finalize the flight booking.

For those attending the leadership meetings on Tuesday, all flights will arrive by lunch time on Tuesday, January 20th. For the attendees coming for Wednesday and Thursday's sessions, you are permitted to arrive anytime on Tuesday.

All departing flights will be on Friday, January 23rd after 2:00 PM.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. 

Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will your responsibility to cover the cost of.

This is a casual trip. Business casual dress for the meetings is required.

The average high temperatures in January in Boston is 37 degrees during the day and drops even colder at night. We will leaving the hotel for activities and dinners in the city, so be sure to dress warm and we recommend bringing the following:

  • Winter Jacket
  • Winter Hat
  • Valid ID and Credit Card to provide hotel at check-in
  • Casual attire for all business meetings
  • For those who enjoy fitness we recommend bringing along gym clothes.
[fa icon="plus-square"] Should I book or pay for my hotel or flight?

The Hotel and Airfare are directly billed to the company and should not be reserved/paid by team members.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided for those flying into Boston?

L2L will cover the cost of all airport transfers in Boston, but will not be organizing transfers for attendees.  Please use uber/lyft and expense airport transfer costs following the event. The airport is just 30 minutes from the hotel, pending traffic.

Please grab an Uber or Lyft upon arrival to take you to the Courtyard Marriott Natick. All Uber pickups at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) have moved to the Central Parking garage. To reach the pickup locations, head upstairs to the elevated pedestrian walkways and follow signs for Central Parking/Ride App Pickups.

If you are arriving with co-workers we do ask to rideshare to the hotel together.

Please note that you can submit this expense for reimbursement after the trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Alternative options for transportation for local attendees who will not be driving.

For those who live in the Boston area and do not drive on their own, please see the alternate options below to get to the Courtyard Marriott:

We highly recommend taking the Logan Express from the airport to the Natick Mall by taking their route to Framingham. The current drop off on this route is Natick Mall Garage F, right next to the hotel. The pick up for the Logan Express is located right outside of the terminal and is a seamless experience. Exit the terminal and go to the Logan Express pickup/LEX area and look for the Framingham/Natick Mall destination.

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
