Travel day to Boston.
For those flying into the area, please grab an Uber or Lyft upon arrival to take you to the Courtyard Marriott Natick. For those driving, the address of the hotel is 342 Speen Street Natick, MA 01760 and complimentary parking is available on site right at the hotel.. The hotel is located 30 minutes from Logan, however please note pending traffic, the drive from the airport could take up to an hour depending on what time your flight arrives.
We also recommend taking the Logan Express from the airport to the Natick Mall by taking their route to Framingham. The current drop off on this route is Natick Mall Garage F, right next to the hotel. The pick up for the Logan Express is located right outside of the terminal and is a seamless experience. Exit the terminal and go to the Logan Express pickup/LEX area and look for the Framingham/Natick Mall destination.
*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. Be prepared for cold weather in Boston in January, with a daily high of 37 degrees but gets much colder with no sun during the day and at night. Our meetings will be hosted within the hotel but our dinners will be hosted offsite, so we recommend bringing a coat and hat to stay warm on your commute.

8:30 AM - 12:30 PM - L2L SKO General Sessions - Today's meetings will be hosted in the Commons Meeting Room. Meeting agenda will be announced closer to the event.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM - Lunch will be provided today in the Elliot Room.
1:30pm - 4:30pm -L2L SKO Afternoon Session.
6:30pm-9:30pm - L2L Offsite Dinner. This evening we will head out to a neighboring restaurant for dinner, drinks, and an entertaining night with co-workers. Stay tuned for more details!

2:00 PM - 5:00 PM - After lunch, please make your way over to Bosse, a 7 minute walk down the street from the hotel at 310 Speen Street for our afternoon session of meetings.
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Immediately following this afternoon's meetings, be sure to bring the energy for some friendly competition, team building, and fun at our L2L Pickleball Outing right at Bosse. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes!
Dinner and drinks will be provided at Bosse.

8:30 AM - 12:00 PM - L2L SKO General Sessions and Closing Remarks
Check out is 12pm. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. L2L will be covering all room charges and meals. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
All flights home will be booked out of Logan Airport beginning after 2:00 PM. Please arrange an Uber/Lyft to get to Logan. If you have similar flight times as you co-workers we ask you to rideshare to the airport. Please be aware that the trip to the airport could take up to an hour from the hotel depending on Boston traffic.
