*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. For those traveling from out of town, the hotel's bellman will be able to store your luggage until your room is ready after today's kickoff meeting.
Please grab an Uber or Lyft upon arrival to take you to the Le Meridien Salt Lake City Downtown. For those local attendees driving into the meetings, self-parking is available at the hotel!

1:30pm - 5:00pm - Employee Summit General Sessions. Today's meetings will be hosted in the Triumph Ballroom located on the second floor of Le Meridien.
6:30pm - 9:00pm - L2L Employee Summit Welcome Dinner. Please meet in the Le Meridien lobby at 6:15 PM to walk over to Squatters Pub Brewery for some dinner, drinks, and fun to kick off the week!
Prior to the start of today's meetings, make sure to grab some breakfast! The hotel offers a daily breakfast at Adelaide Urban Brasserie. Adelaide is open daily from 7:00 - 11:00 AM.
8:30am - 12:00pm - L2L Functional Team Breakout Sessions. Today's breakout sessions will be held in meeting rooms at the hotel. More details on the agenda to follow. Please check your individual Travefy itinerary for your designated meeting room.
